From this page you can request a refund of money from your account. You must enter the amount you want to withdraw and the method you choose to receive your money. There are two possible methods to send you the requested money:

Deposit in your PayPal account.

You will need to indicate the e-mail address associated to your PayPal account so we can transfer money to it. Be aware that PayPal may charge you a small commission to receive a payment.

Cash sent by postal mail.

You will need to enter the postal address to which you want us to send the money. You must make sure that all the fields are filled in correctly to prevent the money arriving to the wrong address! The amount to withdraw by this method must be a multiple of the smallest bank note (5€ or 1$), because no coins will be sent, and implies a shipping cost, that depends on the country to which it is sent.
