Sorry about the delay in getting this posted. The holiday last week really messed up my schedule.

The concept for this fleet is pretty simple: 2 big bruiser British ships, towing 2 Flotillas. Lots of L-range and S+S-range cannons.

First up is the HMS Endeavour. Tomas Gun is on board to give the ship a Captain and Helmsman, and Griffin is on to make Tomas even better. Although it will be towing a Flotilla and be limited to L speed, it can always drop the Flotilla to zip away from (or towards) an enemy at L+S+S.

The Endeavour is towing the flotilla Gilbraltar, with Lord Cutler Beckett (links to all British ships). He can, on a roll of a 6, give the Endeavour a second action, or any other ship in the fleet, depending on what is happening.

The second ship is the HMS Titan, with Admiral James Norrington on board to provide a move-and-shoot, and a +1 vs non-British. Administrator Scott Bratley is there in case the ship needs to tackle a submarine or sea monster.

The Titan tows the flotilla Tower, with First Mate Ismail and Lord Mycron on board. Mycron can give the Titan 2 Move actions to get the ship into a fight, and then 2 Shoot actions when needed. Or, if the Endeavour gets into trouble, he can give that ship, or the Gilbraltar flotilla, a second action too.

The biggest weakness I see in this fleet is speed. It's not really meant to chase down a fast ship and sink it. Instead, it's tactics are to lure in other gunships, and overpower them with superior cannons. Or, in the case of a non-towing Endeavour, zipping forward to serve a killing blow.
