Tiny combat superiority? That's what a phymatine does best!

In this scenario, ramming is the name of the game. Hence I included USS Lamon, your typical sub with a canceler. It also is quite fast, able to catch many of the little ships. It will go around and ram little ships. Flotillas without nearby cancellers will be quickly destroyed.

USS Emerald is the toughest ship I could come up with for the Americans. (Noble Swan is arguably tougher in this scenario.) It won't be going away any time soon either. Between its three crew, no crew can die, the ship is never derelict, and the crew can't be eliminated. It also sports two great cannons. Its only weakness is its fairly slow speed. It will be the bane of all one masted ships, but is susceptible to attacks by cancelers with subs. I will use it as a follow-up ship for the Lamon, and if need be use them in tandem. It can even go up against flotillas, as it will always return from sinking.

FotG is Mermaid insurance, not sure if Mermaids will come up, but always good to have the antidote.
