Both the parley keyword and the canceler ability are great ways of getting out of sticky situations, and are nearly invincible if placed together on the right ship. If an enemy tries to cancel your parley keyword, you can simply cancel their canceler. Such a combination of abilities guarantees your ship the first successful shoot action against fleets with fewer than two cancelers. This Darkhawk II combo is the best I’ve come up with so far, but I imagine I will refine it as new ideas and suggestions come to me.

The key to playing this fleet is getting gold on a runner before DHII enters combat so that you can utilize the parley keyword. Based on placement and the composition of the enemy fleet, you may want to cove either DHII or one of the runners out.

With the damage DHII can dish out, you should only have to parley once to ensure the annihilation of your opponent’s main gunship. Then use DHII to harass enemy runners and work on collecting the majority of gold with Banshee’s Cry and Bloody Jewel.
