Hehe! Submarines are here! How could ziotoo4 avoid doing an only-sub fleet? No way! And not only we have a submarine fleet, but also a sub fleet that can be a winner fleet!!! For only 40 points...lot of fun to play!

Submarine are known for being slow and unable to dock at our enemy home island. And, unless you spend 5 points+ship on a canceller, there's no way to cancel their ability...6 points gone with the wind, 12 if you use the mobilis...nothing too cool. So, we'll pick non-merc subs. Yes, there are some of them. Mostly they are promos, but with a little bit of luck you could manage a trade or find them on e-bay

Our gunship is USS mercury, listed as 14 points while he is 16. No extra actions, but a nice L+S speed and a useful canceller. Not to mention the mandatory captain and a oarsman if he's derelict.

Then, we have an unconventional treasure runner: The fast coleoptera, in fact, follows enemy treasure runners with his whopping S+S+S speed, and ram them. Once they are derelict, unsubmerge, shoot and use divers. And this sub is also useful because it can raid the enemy HI: move S+S+S, raid that 7-value coin and then run away!

You have about 70% of the chances to win when playing against a skilled opponent: a great achievement for a sub-only fleet! And believe me, playing this fleet is really a lot of fun!
