Batman (promo-vet):
This was a promotional figure from the Hypertime set. Back when promo figures were one of a kind and just said promotional on them. They weren't just the exp version of the figure with a purple ring on it. He's a power house. Big range huge attack. Not a lot of colors on his dial esp in the middle but high stats. Until Veteran Legacy Batman came out he was my favorite Batman. 8 range, 2 targets, 13 attack. Some people say that this Batman had split powers of Enhancement and Outwit on the first click. The dial is missing the green line at the start. The green square on damage used to mean the starting click in MK which was the precursor to HC. WK offers no official word on this as it is promotional and not a legal playing piece in tournament play.
