"(Bad/Good) Originally an Interpol agent, Sean Cassidy was a member of the criminal groups Factor Three and the Secret Empire. After battling the X-Men, he joined the team as Banshee. Sean can generate a sonic vibrations powerful enough to propel him through the air and crack mountains. He fell in love with X-Men ally Moria McTaggert and was reunites with his estranged daughter, Theresa. Taking a position at Xavier's school, he helped lead the young mutant team Generation X. He later formed the X-Corps but quit after losing his powers when his throat was cut by Mystique.
