Lockjaw (Veteran) HeroClix In the discussion on the Miniature Review for "Lockjaw (Veteran)" by milto United States

Another combination for Lockjaw is teaming him with any of the Icon set Jokers. They've been killing me. No joke! (Killing Joke, get it?)

Seriously, Lockjaw tele/transports Joker face to face with your target. Joker's poison slowly drains the target. Joker masterminds any damage off onto Lockjaw. If things get too hot, Lockjaw can bail them out fast.

Add Armor Piercing to Joker to make sure the Poison gets through. Put Nanobots on Lockjaw to recharge his clicks.

Then they jump back into the fray.

(As Joker's outwit and stealth are available, they help out a lot.)

See who laughs last!

If you're only at 385, why not at least add some feats? Armor Piercing is always great for HSS pieces. Although I personally wouldn't, you could use a medic since you only have 2 characters.

As a 400 point team 2 figures is hard to pull off. Yeah you'll decimate a piece or 2, but an average 400 point team should have at least 6 figures. With that many actions against you your team is in trouble. Definite damage dealing potential though!

Unfortunately, none of your figures meet the conditions for the Shake-Off Feat; you have to be a Transporter or a Giant figure.

I would suggest you re-work the team with that in mind and we can judge it from there. Hope this helps!

Definitely a funny theme! I can just hear them saying "I wanna, wanna, wanna, crit hit zang zoom!" ; ) I rated this team as a theme team and not as a competitive one. Good job!

Thanks, I'm gonna post another 300 theme team later. I have not tried it out but it may fare a little better.

Very funny!... though you forgot to mention which figure is which spice girl...

Thanks,

OK just in case you didn't guess which was which:

CT Elektra LE - Sporty Spice
CT Calypso V- Scarey Spice
IC Scarlet Witch V - Ginger Spice
CM Selene V - Posh Spice
CT Whiste Queen V - Baby Spice

Theres also some points left for a feat or you can down grade to E's or R's for even more feats as they do need help badly.

I played this team at a tounament for a laugh and won fellowship as everyone thought it was a really close match to the Spice Girls and I made everyone who I played against call them by their Spice Girls instead of the Heroclix names and made them feel really guilty when they attacked any of the girls.

Apparently some of those players now refer to these figures by their AKA Spice Girls names back at their own venues.
