Does anybody else think it's completely dumb that there is no King Kong-inspired monster faction in Monsterpocalypse? I want my giant gorillas!

No, because if they included everything anyone could thing of in the first set, there wouldn't be a second set. Personally, I'm looking forward to Ants "Them" and Rabbits "Night of the Lepus."

Well of course if this game proves successful, they can buy the license for a Godzilla, Mothra, etc figure... personally, I'dlike the Robert Smith version of Mothra from South Park, to fight a MechaStreisand...

Yeah. Its from this comedy group called Olde English. The best is their one about the Job Interview. Anyway, they reference the Lobster Orangutan in several episodes.
