Does anybody have any info on how the Jeremy Mayfield PR2 promo was distributed? I have seen quite a few different value boxes up for grabs on ebay, but never does one contain the Mayfield promo car. Was it distributed at a convention, perhaps? I ask because it seems to be an awfully difficult car to track down.
